I don’t know if this comment will ever be read, but I feel like making it anyway.
Regarding cloning and killing clones early and how it relates to killing other people early. It depends on how one sees personality/personhood. If one regards the main parts of it as software (and people who think that uploading is immortality do) then killing a young clone is like destroying a computer running software you still have access to. Not as bad as irrevocably deleting the software.
Also, Drow are Chaotic Evil, not Lawful Evil. They backstab and betray woth impunity and instead of laws they pretty much only have rank and social status and religion
